Electromechanical Technician

Job description

Support and execute corrective and preventive mechanical and electro-electronic maintenance in accordance with contracts and warranties, ensuring the full functioning of equipment, in compliance with quality, safety, and agreed-upon deadlines between IRMEN and the client.

Main responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment;
• Act on electrical and electronic systems of the equipment;
• Execute technical diagnostics and failure analyses;
• Prepare technical and warranty reports;
• Comply with safety standards and operational procedures in a mining environment;
• Maintain professional communication and appropriate relationships with clients and operational teams.

Requirements

• Experience in electro-electronic maintenance of heavy equipment;
• Knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Experience in diagnostics and failure analysis;
• Ability to prepare technical reports;
• Experience in a mining environment (advantage);
• Organization, responsibility, and self-discipline.
