Elementary School Principal - Christian Mission Leader

INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY SCHOOL (SINGAPORE) LTD is seeking a dedicated educational leader to oversee the elementary school. This role involves providing a distinctive Christian educational philosophy, guiding faculty, and maintaining a positive learning environment for students. Key responsibilities include managing personnel Affairs, coordinating academic programs, and supporting the Head of School in operational matters. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in educational administration and have experience in leading an elementary school or equivalent. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian with a strong understanding of biblical principles and their application to education. He/she should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate a passion for serving children and families. In addition, the successful candidate will have experience in curriculum development, staff supervision, and community engagement. The ability to speak Mandarin or other Asian languages is an asset.
