Electrical Installer - Reskilling Program

Are you ready for a new challenge in electrical engineering? As an electrical installer at Groenpand, you will work on the future of sustainable energy. You will install solar panels, charging stations, and fuse boxes in detached new-build homes and holiday homes. Every day brings new projects and locations, ensuring your work remains varied and challenging.

What will you do?

• Install fuse boxes and meter cabinets
• Lay cabling and conduits
• Install solar panels on roofs
• Mount charging stations for electric cars
• Connect sustainable energy systems

What do we offer you?

We invest in your future with a complete reskilling program. From day one, you will receive a salary of €2,590 gross (€2,340 net) per month. During your training, you will receive intensive guidance from Strevon, who will guide you step-by-step through the learning process. All training days will be paid, allowing you to fully focus on learning.

After your training, you can grow to a salary of up to €3,450 gross per month. There are also opportunities to grow into positions such as project leader or work planner. A company van is available in consultation.

What we are looking for in you

• A strong desire to work with your hands
• Affinity with technology and electricity
• A valid driver's license
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Own transportation to our office
