Your Position

In the context of sustainable growth, we are looking for a full-time employee from 01.12.2025 to join our team:

Employee/Employee Construction, Lighting & Heat Laboratory (w/m/d)

Tasks

• Electrical support of the construction department
• Collaboration with construction on norm-compliant product development
• Electric prototype setup
• Temperature measurements on sample builds
• Data collection and evaluation of lighting technical data
• Technical support for customers and electricians
• Technical support for production and customer service
• Testing new lighting control technologies
• Maintenance of customer complaints
• Preparation of CE declarations
• Content preparation for marketing materials and user manuals
• Data maintenance using spreadsheets and databases
• Prioritization of project data in the ASANA project management software

Qualification

• Completed training/study as a technician, engineer or master in the field of electrical engineering
• Experience in the lighting sector is desirable but not a requirement
• Competence in analyzing technical problems
• Able to independently familiarize oneself with new problem areas
• Safe handling of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is desirable
• Structured, reliable and independent working style
• Teamwork and flexibility
