Job description

You will wire control cabinets, assemble systems, and support their commissioning. You will work in a small team and be on-site at customer locations for projects lasting one to two weeks.

Your rhythm: Full power on the project – then ample time to recharge!

Don't feel like boring 08/15 office routine and want to make a difference? We offer you the best of both worlds:

  • On-site deployment (1–2 weeks): You are live when systems are built. On our customers' construction sites, you'll pitch in with the team.

  • Real time off compensation: Whoever works hard must also be able to switch off properly. Your overtime doesn't just vanish: After intensive assembly phases, you will have consecutive leisure blocks in which you can relax, travel, or pursue your hobbies.

About DPI Automatisierungssysteme GmbH

Since 1991, we at DPI have been bringing movement to the industry.

Whether it's intelligent material flow systems, modern intralogistics, or automated special machine construction – we realize highly complex automation systems that work.

With us, you won't end up in a rigid large corporation, but in a family-like, humorous team where cohesion is lived, your opinion counts, and short decision-making paths are standard.

There are no stiff hierarchies with us: we all use the informal 'you' from day 1 – from apprentices to management, we communicate directly and on equal terms.

Responsibilities

  • Independent assembly of automation systems

  • Wiring of control cabinets according to wiring diagrams and electrical assembly on existing systems

  • Basic commissioning of control and operating systems, as well as connection of drive technology, sensors, and actuators

  • Maintenance and service assignments at customer sites within Germany

  • Active support in the project planning and further development of our automation solutions

Your Profile

  • Completed training as an Electronics Technician, Electrician, Industrial Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification

  • Willingness for 1–2-week assembly assignments on customer construction sites within Germany

  • Enthusiasm for learning new things, taking responsibility, and solving tricky tasks as a team

  • German language skills B2

  • Height fitness and a driver's license class B

We Offer

  • Unlimited employment contract with a long-term perspective in the growing automation market

  • Attractive remuneration and full time off compensation for your worked hours

  • Individual further training and education for your personal career

  • Informal 'you' culture, flat hierarchies, open communication, lots of humor, and team events

  • Public transport ticket, free drinks, and fresh fruit

Compensation

  • The salary for this position is EUR 40,000–47,000 per year. Plus expenses.
