Electronics Technician (m/f/d)

WayCon is a leading provider of precise distance measuring systems and professional sensor technology for industry and research. We develop and produce path sensors with the highest accuracy for a wide range of requirements. For the assembly and testing of our precision sensors, we are looking for with immediate effect:

Tasks

• Independent assembly of sensors and their quality control
• Functional testing of electronic circuits
• Calibration and adjustment of various sensors
• Carrying out and evaluating measurement and experimental series, including documentation
• Setup and commissioning of mechatronic components, systems, and devices
• Troubleshooting and repair of electronic components
• Documentation of assembly and testing processes

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the field of electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification, ideally with several years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of electronic measurement and circuit technology (analog and digital)
• Confident handling of measuring instruments such as oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.
• Good soldering skills, especially on small electronic components (e.g., SMD components)
• Independent and structured way of working as well as analytical thinking skills
• Good German language skills and confident use of MS Office applications
• Reliability, collegiality, and team spirit
