Electrician / Mechatronics Engineer / Plant Electrician (m/f/d)

Plant electrician (m/f/d) without shift work – yes, that really exists.

For our client, an established production company in the food industry in Werne, we are looking for an electrician, mechatronics engineer, or plant electrician (m/f/d) in full-time employment with immediate effect. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Friday until 1:00 PM. 35-40 hour week. Weekends off.

You decide how you start: directly permanently employed at the client's company (direct placement – completely free for you) or initially through us in temporary employment with a takeover option – ideal if you want to get to know the company first before committing.

Tasks

• Analyze and quickly resolve malfunctions in production plants
• Perform maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and repairs on schedule
• Participate in the testing and commissioning of new plants
• Coordinate external craftsmen and service providers
• Correct and document circuit diagrams, create wiring and terminal diagrams
• Make minor adjustments to programmable logic controllers (PLCs)

Qualifications

• Completed training as an electrician, power electronics technician, mechatronics engineer (focus on electrical engineering), plant electrician, or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance and repair
• Independent, structured way of working and technical understanding
• Proficient in MS OfficeIdeally, basic knowledge of PLC programming (Step7, TIA Portal) – not a must
