Electronics Technician Maintenance / Automation Technology (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at the Hermeskeil location, we are looking for an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) for Maintenance Automation Technology. In this position, you will take responsibility for the maintenance and availability of our modern production facilities. In addition to analyzing and resolving faults, you will actively participate in optimizations, commissioning, and the further development of our automation processes.

• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of our production facilities
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting of electrical and automated systems
• Maintenance, repair, and inspection of systems, controls, and drive technology
• Support during commissioning, modifications, and modernization projects
• Support and optimization of PLC, HMI, and network systems
• Close cooperation with specialist departments and external service providers

• Completed vocational training, for example as an Electronics Technician for Plant Engineering (m/f/d), Electronics Technician for Automation Technology (m/f/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification; further training to become a state-certified technician (m/f/d) is welcome.
• Professional experience in industrial maintenance desirable

• Knowledge of PLC control technology, especially Siemens STEP7 and TIA Portal, as well as ideally initial experience with ABB industrial robots and industrial image processing systems.
