Tasks What you'll do: As an Electronics Technician in Facility Management (w/m/d), you will ensure the smooth operation of technical facilities in one of our customer's buildings. You can work as a building services technician in a fixed object or as a mobile service technician in various locations. Your tasks will include: • Maintenance and repair of technical systems, such as HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbing; • Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis; • Performance of routine maintenance tasks, such as filter changes and cleaning; • Collaboration with other technicians and facility managers to ensure the smooth operation of facilities; • Documentation of work performed and maintenance activities. Requirements What we're looking for: • Completed vocational training in electronics or a related field; • Several years of experience in facility management or a similar field; • Good knowledge of technical systems, including HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbing; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
