Your tasks will include: • Providing technical support for customers and internal departments via phone, email, and on-site visits; • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our products and systems; • Collaborating with colleagues from various departments to develop and implement solutions; • Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers and employees; • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of electronics engineering.
