For our location in Witten, we are looking for an Electronics Technician for Fire Protection & Security Technology (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Installation, programming, and commissioning of safety technology systems (fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems as well as video systems)
• Independent handling of own projects and service orders
• Maintenance and inspection as well as troubleshooting and repair
• Contact person for our customers directly on-site and taking over consultations
• Digital documentation via tablet
• Regular exchange within the team for continuous further training and collegial support

Qualifications

• We are looking for people who impress with dedication, intelligence, and craftsmanship – ideally with a completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology or Building System Integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the electrical engineering field
• Professional experience as a service technician or installer desirable
• Knowledge of passive network infrastructure and security technology (BMA / EMA) advantageous
• Willingness for further training in the field of security technology
• Independent and responsible way of working
• High degree of reliability, flexibility, and commitment
• Driver's license class B required
