Electrician / Electrical Engineer as Trainer in the Field of Medium- and High-Voltage Technology (m/w/d)

Our team is looking for an experienced and motivated Electrician/Electrical Engineer as Trainer to support our training activities in the area of medium- and high-voltage technology. Your tasks will include: • Developing and conducting training courses for customers, employees, and partners on medium- and high-voltage technology; • Creating and maintaining training materials, including presentations, manuals, and simulations; • Providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders; • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement new training concepts and programs; • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in medium- and high-voltage technology and applying this knowledge to improve our training offerings. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of wind energy systems, with a focus on medium- and high-voltage technology; • Proven training experience, preferably in an industrial setting; • Excellent communication and presentation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
