PolyTALENT is hiring multiple positions as Electrician PV Commissioning (m/w/d) for a growing company in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for professionals who can connect, test, and commission photovoltaic systems, battery storage systems, and wallboxes AC-side.

The position is suitable for trained electricians for energy and building technology (m/w/d), electricians (m/w/d), electroinstallers (m/w/d) or related electrical professionals who want to switch or further develop in the field of solar technology, PV, and charging infrastructure.

Tasks

• AC-side connection and commissioning of photovoltaic systems in private and commercial sectors
• Incorporating battery storage systems, wallboxes, and other charging infrastructure
• Carrying out amperage meter replacements, as well as testing existing meter and distribution systems
• Configuring inverter parameters, monitoring systems, and data communication
• Functional and safety tests on electrical components and systems
• Error diagnosis and fault elimination at PV systems, storage systems, and AC connections
• Maintenance and maintenance of solar and energy systems
• Clean technical documentation of work and test results
• Instructing customers in operation, monitoring, and basic system functions
• Coordinating with project management, internal service, and adjacent departments

Profile

• Completed training as Electrician for Energy and Building Technology (m/w/d), Electrician (m/w/d), Electroinstaller (m/w/d) or comparable
• Also suitable: Training as Electrician for Plant Engineering (m/w/d) or in a similar electrical profession
• Practical experience in electrical installation, commissioning, assembly or technical service on electrical systems
• Ideal knowledge of photovoltaics, PV systems, solar technology, storage technology or charging infrastructure
• Also newcomers (m/w/d) with interest in renewable energies and clean working practices are welcome
• Basic understanding of measurement, testing, and control technology
• Structured, independent, and quality-conscious work style in customer-facing roles
• Friendly demeanor and secure communication with customers as well as internal contacts
• Very good German language skills for documentation and customer communication
• for regional assignments in the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis
