Electrical Installer

As an electrical installer, you ensure that the electrical aspects of solar panels, charging stations, and home batteries at people's homes are correct. You start at 7:00 AM at our warehouse in Best, near Eindhoven. Afterwards, you go out alone or with a colleague for a full day with a mix of troubleshooting and installations. When you leave, everything works again.

You are our expert in electrical work. You solve the faults that others cannot figure out, and you see a complex fault as a great challenge. Other installers come to you with their questions, and you help them move forward.

You already know how to install. Within a week, we will fully immerse you in the world of our products and how to connect them, in the Zonneplan Academy, our own training program. After that, you will work independently.

• You install and connect solar panels, charging stations, and home batteries.
• You troubleshoot faults in inverters, distribution boards, charging stations, and batteries, and resolve them independently.
• You fix faults that others cannot resolve within an hour.
• You check if everything works safely and clearly explain the solution to the customer.
• You assist fellow installers with difficult electrical tasks and share your technical knowledge.

• The best tools, work clothing, and a company van stocked with all materials.
• Certificates and training that we pay for, such as VCA and NEN 3140.
• € 3,200 to € 3,800 per month, depending on your experience. You work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• 25 vacation days. You can buy a maximum of 4 additional days.
• Travel expenses: € 0.23 per kilometer.
• Training on our own products, such as the home battery, which is new in the Netherlands.

• More than a year of experience as an electrical installer, electrician, or installation technician. You have performed installations and independently troubleshooted and resolved electrical faults.
• An MBO diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge from your work experience.
• You know the NEN standards like no other.
• Driver's license B and good Dutch language skills. You drive to the customer yourself and speak with customers every day.
