As an Electrical Installer for Site Setup, you work daily outdoors on the construction site on varied and challenging projects. You ensure that the construction site runs smoothly. Based on drawings from the work planner, you set up the construction site and coordinate the work with the site manager. You connect main distributors, low-voltage racks, and crane connections, test installations carefully, and ensure everything functions safely and reliably. You also install units and construction hoists and are responsible for dismantling the construction site after the project is completed.

You work largely independently and have a lot of freedom in how you organize your work. At the same time, you are never alone: you work with colleagues on site and quickly communicate with the site manager when a problem arises. You move between different construction locations and know how to act ad hoc when the situation requires it. You work exclusively for internal clients: other BAM divisions within housing, utilities, and infrastructure. This ensures short communication lines, clear agreements, and a stable working environment. Safety, quality, and craftsmanship are always paramount, allowing you to perform your work well and with confidence.

Your team

You will be working at BAM Materieel, a professional and decisive equipment company within the Royal BAM Group. With years of knowledge and experience, we support various Dutch BAM divisions in the design, supply, and deployment of equipment applications. Our goal is clear: creating safe and optimally equipped construction sites. Within BAM Materieel, we combine the personal atmosphere of a medium-sized company with the professional advantages of a multinational.

You will join a team of approximately 12 Electrical Installers, supervised by two Site Managers. You work in an open and down-to-earth work atmosphere, where everything is open for discussion and colleagues dare to address each other. Your base location is Lelystad, but you mainly work on construction sites. You travel a lot and are active on external projects. Your focus is on the regions Breda, Eindhoven, Utrecht, and Limburg, and where necessary, you also work in other regions.

• A fixed agreed gross salary with a guaranteed wage of € 3,398.40 per 4 weeks and a performance bonus of 0-20%, depending on your knowledge and experience.

You recognize yourself in this

You feel at home in the outdoors and on dynamic construction sites. You like to get things done and work meticulously on safe and reliable installations. Furthermore, you bring the following:

• An MBO 3 diploma in Electrical Engineering, Installation Technology, or Mechatronics.
• Experience as an outdoor technician and/or on construction sites.
• A NEN 3140 Inspector certificate is a plus for us.
• Driver's license B.
• Good command of the Dutch language, in connection with safety on the work floor.
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG), required due to project locations.
