We are looking for you as a

Delivery Driver / Service Technician (m/f/x)

• Management of our customer service for large household appliances such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, televisions, radios, fully automatic coffee machines, as well as the repair & service of these devices
• Coordination of daily operations in the workshop to ensure that service cases are processed reliably, in a structured manner, and with a customer focus
• Monitoring of open cases, service lead times, and deadlines to ensure timely processing
• Administrative support for our service technicians and coordination between customers, service, field service, and internal departments
• Ensuring a well-organized workshop where processes are cleanly documented and processed in a traceable manner

• Driver's license
• Completed vocational training as a Master Craftsman / Operations Manager
• Work experience: Several years of practical experience as an electrical technician
• Theoretical knowledge: Sound knowledge in electrical engineering, air conditioning technology, cable connections, household technology, satellite technology, and installation technology
