Your tasks: Leadership, organization, and further development of the assembly team
Planning and control of projects on construction sites
Safety assurance of quality standards, norms, and safety regulations
Mentorship and training of employees directly on site
Control of work progress, performance of acceptance tests, and quality assurance
Documented project, working hours, and material usage
Optimization of workflows and promotion of efficient teamwork
Interface between customers and internal departments



Your profile: Completed apprenticeship as an electrician (m/w/d)
and further education to become a master electrician (m/w/d)
First experience as a master electrician or in a leadership position
Experience in employee management, project coordination, and team organization

Independent, solution-oriented work style and sense of responsibility
Quality awareness and confident appearance towards employees and customers
