Your tasks: Leitung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Monteur-Teams
Planung und Steuerung von Projekten auf den Baustellen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards , Normen und Sicherheitsvorschriften
Betreuung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden direkt vor Ort
Kontrolle von Arbeitsfortschritten, Durchführung von Abnahmen und Qualitätssicherung
Dokumentation von Projekten, Arbeitszeiten und Materialeinsatz
Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Förderung effizienter Teamarbeit
Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Abteilungen

Your profile: Completed training as an Elektroniker (m/w/d)
and further education to Elektromeister (m/w/d)
First experience as Elektromeister or in a leading function
Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung, Projektkoordination und Teamorganisation

Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Qualitätsbewusstsein und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitern und Kunden
