Your tasks include, among others:
Preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, emergency lighting, alarm systems, access control, etc.
Identifying and resolving technical malfunctions and performing safety checks.
Reporting and following up on assignments via a tablet.
Collaborating with fellow technicians and maintaining customer contact on site.
Participating in an on-call service (approximately 1 week out of 3) to resolve urgent technical issues.
You actively contribute to the comfort and safety of residents and employees, and always work with a ‘zero risk mindset’.ProfileProfile
You are an experienced technician with a sense of responsibility and an eye for safety.
What you bring:
A technical diploma (electricity, mechanics, ...) and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Skill in reading electrical diagrams; knowledge of safety systems is a plus.
Valid BA4 and VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain them).
Independent, accurate work style with respect for procedures and discretion.
Willingness to do physical work and work at heights.
Good knowledge of Dutch and a B driver's license.

Full-time employment (40h/week, Monday to Friday) in day shift.
Permanent workplace in Antwerp (Linkeroever).
Participation in on-call service with extra compensation.
