Electromechanic/Field Service Engineer

Ensuring the proper installation, commissioning, servicing, and conducting training on advanced hatchery technologies: incubators, HVAC systems, hatchery equipment, and electronic control systems worldwide.

• Installing and servicing machines, equipment, and other electronic control systems at company clients' locations in Poland and abroad.
• Organizing preparatory work before installation, according to agreements.
• Supervising on-site installations and managing the entire project with the team.
• Performing operational tests, inspections, replacements, upgrades, and re-installations of faulty equipment or software, and then re-testing for correct operation.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults and failures related to electrical, software, as well as pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems of devices.
• Coordinating work and solving problems together with contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Reporting, regular communication with the client, and providing feedback.
• Providing technical support to clients and preparing technical documentation necessary for the implementation of the company's products and services.

• Technical education - electrical, electromechanical, mechatronic, or related.
• Experience in machine installation work.
• Very good knowledge of the German language.
• Readiness for frequent international travel. Work approximately 25% of the time in Poland and 75% abroad, mainly on the installation and servicing of equipment at company clients' sites.
