Your responsibilities

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical, electromechanical, and industrial automation systems.
• Locating the causes of failures in production machinery and equipment and implementing actions to prevent their recurrence.
• Analysis of downtime and failure causes and submitting proposals for technical improvements to increase the reliability of the machine park.
• Assembly, disassembly, repair, and replacement of electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical components.
• Performing tasks related to laying cables, connecting electric motors, sensors, inverters, controllers, and other industrial automation elements.
• Conducting periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of devices and installations.
• Performing routine checks of the technical condition of machines and equipment to minimize the risk of failures and production downtimes.
• Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical documentation, electrical diagrams, assembly drawings, and technical drawings.
• Reporting the demand for spare parts, consumables, and components necessary to maintain the continuity of machine operation.
• Cooperation with production departments, maintenance, and other organizational units in ensuring the technical efficiency of equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental protection, and standards applicable in the plant.

Our requirements

• Vocational or secondary technical education in the field of: electrical, electromechanical, mechatronic, or related.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an electromechanic, maintenance electrician, or related position.
• Current SEP qualification certificate group G1 for operation (E) up to 1 kV.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and electromechanical faults.
• Practical knowledge of the construction and operation of electric motors, sensors, inverters, and industrial automation components.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of issues related to the maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
• Ability to work under time pressure and react quickly to failures.
• Capacity for analytical thinking and independent problem-solving of technical issues.
• Readiness to improve professional qualifications and acquire new technical knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team and good self-organization skills.

Would be an asset

• SEP qualification certificate group G1 for supervision (D).
• Licenses for operating mobile platforms, overhead cranes, or forklifts.
• Knowledge of PLC controllers and basics of industrial automation.
