Electrical Engineer (m/w/d) - Focus on Special Machine Building

Job description

You will work directly on our filter presses and bring them to life. The final touch is connecting and cabling our machines, before they are shipped to our customers.

Tasks

Your tasks?

  • Processing customer orders in collaboration with the customer and the AQUACHEM team
  • Electrical engineering for new developments and further developments
  • Electrical engineering in E-Plan (schematics, assembly plan, cable plan)
  • Creation and maintenance of master data and part lists
  • Maintenance support, fault finding, and testing of equipment in the internal workshop, possibly also on-site at the customer's premises
  • Execution of programming work on existing machine software

Qualification

What we expect from you?

  • a completed vocational training as an electrician (m/w/d) or mechatronics engineer (m/w/d)
  • Communication skills and proficiency in dealing with business customers
  • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (good English language skills are a plus)
  • Experience in electrical engineering in the machine or equipment building industry
  • Familiarity with EPLAN P8
  • Knowledge of switchgear construction
  • First experiences with control systems
  • A meticulous, structured, and team-oriented working style
  • A high level of willingness to take on tasks and flexibility
  • A driver's license class B
