Electrical Design Engineer - Equipment Manufacturing (m/f/d)

• Concept development, planning, and design of electrical controls and circuits, as well as the design of, for example, control cabinets, circuit diagrams, and the programming of simple controls for general equipment, taking into account valid standards and economic considerations, such as special machinery, test equipment
• On-site technical support for the maintenance and repair of machine controls at external production sites
• Modification and documentation of production documents such as circuit diagrams, programs, and master data
• Selection and ordering of necessary purchased parts in project work, as well as support during commissioning
• Technical point of contact within the area of responsibility, such as programming, setup, and commissioning of equipment, possibly with technical supervision of new employees and apprentices

• Completed, specialized vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics with further training as a technician or master craftsman, or several years of professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering
• Several years of experience in the preparation of technical documents and in working with EPLAN or comparable systems
• Teamwork skills as well as a meticulous, goal-oriented, and deadline-compliant way of working
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
