Electrician with Refrigeration License (w/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Training and onboarding of new employees as well as technical support for our installation teams at various job sites throughout Germany.

• Identification of development potential as well as derivation and communication of constructive recommendations for action to optimize technical skills and workflows.

• Evaluation of installation results and ensuring technically correct and high-quality execution.

• Further development of processes, standards, and training materials for the sustainable assurance of Enpal's quality standards.

Your Profile

• A valid refrigeration license (certificate of competence) for working on air conditioning systems is mandatory for this position.

• Relevant practical professional experience in the installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems.

• Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel with continuous overnight stays from Monday to Friday.

• Independent way of working, strong quality awareness, and enjoyment of passing on expertise.
