Electrician / Building Services Technician (m/f/d)

in full-time employment

• Maintenance, servicing, and repair of building technology
• You are the first point of contact for all types of malfunctions
• Carrying out inspection tours and troubleshooting malfunctions
• Checking facilities for safety defects and compliance with fire safety regulations
• Creating documentation and reports, as well as updating technical documents of systems
• Contributing to ensuring 24/7 functionality of the center
• Friendly interaction with our tenants and business partners

• You have completed vocational training as an electrician or electrical technician
• You have a cross-disciplinary basic understanding of building services and practical skills
• Professional experience in building maintenance
• Teamwork, reliability, independence, commitment, loyalty, flexibility
• Conscientious and focused work
• Friendly and open demeanor, willingness to provide service, and customer orientation
• MS Office skills
• German language skills at a minimum B2 level
