Electrician / Electronics Technician (m/f/d) Building Technology - Job ID 26623

• Independent execution of maintenance and repair orders in building technology
• Inspections and checks according to technical and professional association regulations
• Ensuring the operational readiness and safety of technical systems, including troubleshooting and repair of faults
• Documentation and follow-up of maintenance and repair measures
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers (briefing, quality inspection, acceptance)
• Participation in the fault service as well as support and training of colleagues in the technical area

• Completed technical training, e.g., electromechanic, electrical specialist according to VDE 0105 or installation mechanic HVAC – alternatively relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of operational, building, and building services technology as well as fault clearance
• Confident use of PCs and IT systems
• Friendly, committed demeanor towards customers and service providers
• High level of commitment, sense of responsibility, and independent, quality-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills and willingness for further training
• Driver's license class B and personal mobility
