Electroplaste (H/F)

Manpower For a renowned watchmaking company located in Geneva, we are currently looking for an Electroplaste. For our Production division, we are seeking an Electroplaste (H/F) whose main mission will be to analyze, treat and protect the surfaces of pieces using galvanotechnical processes. Responsibilities - Prepare, analyze and control electrolytic baths - Conduct and monitor automated operation of galvanic treatment installations - Perform post-treatment washing and surface finishing work - Determine the main components of electrolytes and calculate the quantities of chemical products needed - Adjust and calibrate equipment, devices and machines - Maintain technical installations and ensure their proper functioning - Calculate and determine data related to surface treatments: pre-treatment, current density, deposition time, dial surfaces - Examine treated dials, detect anomalies and take measures to correct them - Manage stocks and waste of chemical products. Profile - CFC Electroplaste or equivalent - Experience in surface treatment processes in an industrial environment, a plus - Knowledge of safety related to chemicals - Sense of responsibility, meticulous, rigorous, organized and methodical - Good interpersonal skills, availability and team spirit - Autonomy and quality orientation.
