Plant Operator / Electronics Technician for Plant Technology (m/w/d) - planned takeover Electronics Technician for Plant Technology (m/w/d) long-term perspective in Bad Hersfeld For our customer in Bad Hersfeld, a medium-sized company with industrial production and technology sector, we are looking for an Electronics Technician for Plant Technology (m/w/d) as part of the employment agency with option to take over. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of machines and systems on your own initiative, focusing on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work. Your tasks will include: • Maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic systems, including control systems and automation technology • Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis using various testing methods and tools • Development and implementation of measures to improve plant availability and efficiency • Collaboration with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operation of the plant • Participation in training and further education to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments. The ideal candidate should have: • Completed vocational training as an electronics technician or a related field • Several years of experience in the field of industrial automation and control systems • Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including control systems and automation technology • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and teamwork skills.
