Job description
Your Tasks:
- Service & Troubleshooting: Maintenance and repair of modern security systems – including alarm systems (EMA) – as well as supporting our regional customers in diagnosing and quickly resolving technical issues
- Installation & Commissioning: Professional installation and setup of modern security systems, EMA
- Counseling: Technical support for our customers in collaboration with the sales department
- Documentation: Thorough recording of all work performed in detailed reports
