Electronic Testing Technician

1.- Performs activities focused on preventive-corrective actions.

2.- Knows and meets testing KPI's (FPY-MTTR-MTBF).

3.- Makes changes to models and/or set-ups of production lines.

4.- Registers data in different systems (e.g. Pulse-Check List).

5.- Interprets electrical and pneumatic diagrams for fault resolution.

6.- Requests spare parts in SAP for fault resolution and order closure in SAP.

7.- Performs repairs on fixtures, test cards, and various components of the tester.

8.- Knows and applies quality criteria in production lines.

9.- Mastered procedures indicated in the Responsibility Matrix (distributed by Continental)

10. Participates in continuous improvement projects, contributing knowledge to process improvement and machine optimization.

11.- Participates in corporate initiatives for continuous improvement.

12.- Knows TPM philosophy and its impact on meeting testing KPI's.

13.- Knows production targets and bottlenecks to participate in actions that achieve the goals.

14.- Prepares necessary reports for test metric management (FPY, Pulse, etc.).
