Electronic Industrialization Manager (M/F)

We are recruiting an Electronic Industrialization Manager (M/F).

You will be responsible for transforming electronic prototypes into reliable and industrializable products, conforming to the standards of the defense sector. You will oversee the entire industrialization cycle, from defining components to serial production, ensuring quality, testability, and reproducibility of equipment.

Your main missions will be:

• Oversee the complete industrialization cycle: prototyping, production, assembly, testing.
• Define electronic components, manage specialized purchases and schedules.
• Develop test tools (hardware and software) and test benches.
• Supervise a team of 3 people.
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards and manage non-conformities.
• Perform manual and automated tests (LabVIEW, TestStand).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting (HW/SW).
• Closely collaborate with the study office, even in cases of incomplete files.
• Train and transfer skills to local and international teams
• Participate in technical meetings and internal/external presentations.
• Contribute to certifying processes and qualifying for serial production.
