Job Description Job Purpose This role bridges the Supplier Engagement team and Operations, focusing on post-input activities from retailers and vendors. Responsibilities include managing system changes, resolving data issues, tracking KPIs, and supporting productivity initiatives. The role also involves analyzing and classifying large datasets and handling queries from quality checks. Key Responsibilities Retailer Engagement & Data Compliance Support onboarding and data compliance with retailer requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of electronic data. This includes coordinating with retailers to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the data submission process. Additionally, this role will involve monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and timeliness, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize processes. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
