Electromechanician (male/female) of the evening

Our industrial partner, a Quebec-based manufacturing company located in Candiac, is currently looking for an electromechanician to join their team in the evening.

• Maintain equipment and production lines;
• Respond to service calls;
• Maintain equipment, clean, lubricate, replace cutting tools (blades, mallets, knives...);
• Maintain pneumatic installations, compressor rooms, air leaks, pneumatic lubrication units;
• Maintain certain tools and machine components used by production (heated plates, replacing carpets...);
• Inspect and measure equipment condition for evaluation;
• Repair and adjust during production downtime;
• Schedule planned corrections after equipment failures;
• Fabricate and install various maintenance projects;
• Apply safety procedures.

• Diploma in electromechanical engineering required;
• 2-5 years of experience in industrial/machine maintenance (an asset);
• French language skills essential for oral and written communication.

• Excellent learning capacity;
• Show rigor and attention to detail;
• Autonomy: capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Excellent observational skills and good judgment;
• Bona fide mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic aptitude.

• Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week), evening shift;
• Evening schedule: 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday, from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am;
• Salary offer: between $30 and $35/hour, depending on experience.
