Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Description of the job

• Attend all types of repair and maintenance work on hotel installations, including new additions or extensions, or other properties.
• Supervise the safe delivery and return of department of Engineering tools.
• Attend all requests for work, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Supervise the maintenance team and any external contractor hired by the hotel to perform maintenance work.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including laundry, kitchen, heating, ventilation, air conditioning units, pumps, motors, fans, water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, generators, lights, CCTV, phone, TV, security systems against fires and life, among others.
• Participate in emergency response teams and assist in case of emergencies.
• Perform other tasks that are reasonably required and be available for emergency calls.
• Supervise the team's work and ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed according to a established standard, performing scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Any other task reasonably assigned by the supervisor or manager.
