Heavy Machinery Electromechanical Technician
Job description
The professional will be responsible for the assembly and installation of specific spare parts and accessories for heavy vehicles used in the agro-industrial sector. They will perform rapid mechanics operations, including tire mounting, oil changes, and filter replacement, ensuring that all components function according to the manufacturer's technical specifications. Additionally, they will be responsible for diagnosing breakdowns using specialized diagnostic equipment, interpreting the results to plan and execute necessary repairs.
Another fundamental part of the role includes the preventive maintenance of machinery, following established protocols to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent operational failures. The work involves reading and interpreting technical drawings and service manuals, which requires a deep understanding of the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems that make up heavy vehicles. The work environment is an official brand dealership, which demands the use of specialized tools and strict adherence to the company's quality and safety standards. The position requires a proactive attitude to work both independently and as part of a team, coordinating with other departments when necessary. The candidate is expected to maintain a high level of organization in the workshop, managing spare parts inventory and ensuring the work area complies with labor hygiene and safety regulations. The role is fundamental to guaranteeing the operational status of the machinery fleet, directly contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the client's agro-industrial operations. An indefinite contract is offered. The work schedule is structured in alternate weeks: one week from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and another week with a split schedule from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The salary will be set based on the candidate's merit, with a guaranteed gross annual minimum salary of 22,000 euros.
