Industrial Electromechanical Technician (Permanent)

The professional will be responsible for maintaining industrial production machinery in good condition and in continuous operation, in a non-stop manufacturing environment. They will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates at maximum performance, minimizing unplanned downtime. They will also participate in the diagnosis and repair of faults, paying special attention to industrial electrical systems and control panels that direct production. Although the work has a primarily mechanical focus, comprehensive knowledge of electromechanical principles is required to solve complex problems in an integrated manner. During the months of highest activity in the plant, which are usually May, June, and July, their participation will be key in the programmed start-ups of the lines and in more intensive maintenance interventions. This position is fundamental to maintaining production capacity and process quality, working in a team with other technicians to meet objectives. We are looking for a person with initiative to detect process improvements and contribute to more efficient and safer procedures for the entire facility. The contract is permanent.
