Job Description
Your role is clear: Diagnose quickly, intervene effectively, and put installations back into service in the shortest possible time.
Here, troubleshooting represents 80% of your daily work: you are a true technical reference capable of managing urgent situations with composure and expertise.
Specifically, you are responsible for:
• Analyzing electrical, mechanical, and automated breakdowns
• Making an accurate diagnosis and intervening autonomously
• Performing rapid and targeted troubleshooting on complex industrial installations
• Occasionally ensuring preventive maintenance (in support)
• Collaborating with production in a sometimes high-pressure context
• Contributing to limiting downtime and production losses
You will work on a varied range of machinery: automated lines, thermal equipment (furnaces, steam…), complex electromechanical systems.
ProfileYour Profile
We are looking for seasoned professionals who can be operational immediately:
? Training & Experience
• Bachelor's degree with min. 5 years of experience
or
• High school diploma (CESS) with 15-20 years of solid field experience
? Key Technical Skills
• Industrial Electricity (advanced level): rapid diagnosis, measurements, fault localization
• Automation: reading and analyzing programs, I/O testing, troubleshooting
• Mechanics: effective targeted interventions
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
• Work in 3 shifts (morning / afternoon / night)
• 5 days / week
• Dynamic environment: often urgent interventions
OfferWhat we offer :
• Hourly wage: Between €22 and €24 per hour
• Shift bonuses :
o +20% (10 PM - 6 AM)
o +10% (6 AM - 10 PM)
