Job Description

Perform mechanical interventions: replacement of bearings, shafts, motors and belts, tensioning and replacement of chains, mechanical adjustments, etc.;

Intervene on automated equipment, diagnose malfunctions and determine necessary interventions;

Replace and parameterize cells, sensors, and motors;

Participate in the assembly, adaptation, startup, and fine-tuning of new installations;
Carry out welding work when necessary;

Ensure fine mechanical maintenance of equipment related to PU glue application and high-pressure pumps. Specific and adapted training for these equipment will be provided internally to ensure mastery of their maintenance and operation.

Plan and anticipate maintenance and interventions to limit production downtime;
Record and track your interventions in our CMMS;
Collaborate with production operators and provide them with support in case of technical problems;
Profile
We are looking for an experienced electromechanical technician with real expertise in industrial mechanics.

You have technical training in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, maintenance, or equivalent experience;
You have significant experience in industrial maintenance;

You have knowledge of electricity and electromechanics that allows you to understand an installation, establish a diagnosis, and intervene on certain components. Basic knowledge in these areas is sufficient: the role is primarily focused on mechanics, with support from the electrotechnical maintenance department for interventions requiring more specific electrical skills.

You are comfortable with automated environments and possess a true mechanic-automaton spirit, particularly useful for fine mechanical adjustments;
You have basic knowledge of welding, sufficient to carry out occasional repairs or troubleshooting;
You are particularly autonomous, methodical, and organized;
You are capable of anticipating maintenance needs, preparing your interventions, and establishing your priorities;
Offer
A full-time position of 38 hours per week;
Daytime hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM;
No on-call or standby duty, but flexibility for scheduled interventions

A varied technical role with a high degree of autonomy in organizing your work;
An industrial environment where preventive maintenance and installation reliability are central;
Specific training related to our installations and processes, including internal training on PU glue technology and High-Pressure Pumps;
