Electrician

You are an electrician apprentice or first-year electrician and you want to put your expertise at the service of stimulating projects in industrial automation? Soteck opens the door to a human, dynamic, and talent-filled team!

• Install and wire industrial automation systems (PLC, sensors, actuators…);
• Read and interpret electrical plans, control schemes, and technical drawings;
• Connect control panels according to engineering specifications;
• Work closely with programmers to ensure the proper functioning of systems;
• Detect and resolve circuit command and communication problems;
• Apply rigorously the safety standards and Canadian Electrical Code;
• Participate in testing and commissioning of automated equipment at client sites;
• Offer a technical support for maintenance and modifications to existing systems.

Your profile :

• Motivation to learn a sought-after trade in industry.
• Interest in control electricity.
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit are your strengths.
• Better client approach to maintain good relationships with clients;
• A valid driving permit and availability to travel in the Saint-Hyacinthe region and surrounding areas.
• A certificate of competence from the CCQ issued by the electrical trade union.
