Electrician Technician

What will you do as an electrician?

• Check (and repair) wiring, fuses, switches and distribution boards for wear and tear and defects.
• Perform measurements to evaluate the state of electrical installations using measurement equipment (multimeter, current tester, thermography).
• Conduct periodic inspections in accordance with AREI regulations and safety standards.
• (Emergency) interventions to perform when there are electrical outages and support customers with technical issues.
• Install extra power outlets, switches and distribution boards.
• Install and maintain electric vehicle charging stations.
• Maintain lighting (including LED conversions).
• Prepare maintenance reports and document the causes of malfunctions.
• Record used materials and work time per assignment.
• Communicate with customers/users during outages and repairs, and collaborate with other disciplines (HVAC, sanitary, construction).
• You will primarily be employed in the Antwerp region.
