Could you be an Electromonter/m in Katowice, which we are looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and utilize your technical knowledge in a new field. You will work with qualified and team-oriented colleagues from the department. You will play a key role in shaping the future of rail mobility, ensuring the highest production standards.
Your tasks ahead:
- mounting products for railway traffic control,
- monitoring quality using self-assessment procedure,
- maintaining a safe and organized work environment,
- ensuring compliance with production schedules,
- continuously improving assembly processes,
Who are we looking for?
We value passion and attitude over experience. Therefore, we do not expect you to have all the skills. Instead, we've listed a few that we think will help you succeed and develop on this position:
- experience in assembling components in an industrial environment,
- experience using various assembly tools (e.g. dynamometric key),
- education or experience in electricity,
- familiarity with BHP standards and regulations,
- good communication and interpersonal skills,
- familiarity with the Polish language in speech and writing,
- commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
