Your future role

Take on a new challenge and utilize your technical knowledge in a new field. You will work with qualified and team-oriented colleagues from the department. You will play a key role in shaping the future of rail mobility, ensuring the highest production standards.

Your tasks ahead:

• mounting products for railway traffic control,
• monitoring quality using self-assessment procedure,
• maintaining a safe and organized work environment,
• ensuring compliance with production schedules,
• continuously improving assembly processes,

Who are we looking for?

We value passion and attitude over experience. Therefore, we do not expect you to have all the skills. Instead, we've listed a few that we think will help you succeed and develop on this position:

• experience in assembling components in an industrial environment,
• experience using various assembly tools (e.g. dynamometric key),
• education or experience in electricity,
• familiarity with BHP standards and regulations,
• good communication and interpersonal skills,
• familiarity with the Polish language in speech and writing,
• commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
