Reports to: Electric Captain

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION. (Summary)

Supervise and manage the design, planning, installation, and testing of electrical systems in various construction projects efficiently.
Plan and coordinate the execution of activities according to the indications of subcontractors, site residents, and construction plans. Coordinate with the Superintendent of Mtto the request for required materials for the realization of activities. Plan and coordinate the work to be performed by officials and assistants, according to their knowledge and experience, with the aim of adequately performing the tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Health and Safety

• Work in compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards of Cementation.
• Be aware of any risks or infringements related to health and safety and report it to the Health and Safety Department.
• Ensure that all applicable safety codes and regulations are complied with through proper design and technology use.
• Be a safety advocate, promoting safe behaviors and integrating safety into designs produced by the team

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES GENERALLY

Job Functions

• Install, maintain, and repair single-phase electric motors
• Determine the electrical current required for motors.
• Connect cables to respective networks.
• Perform electrical connections by trenches.
• Repair main breakers.
• Repair contactors, timers.
• Check the electrical conditions of equipment and artifacts.
• Install controls for electric motors.
• Perform maintenance and repairs of equipment in extramural areas as required
• Manufacture starters, star, triangle, and reversible
• Comply with safety procedures and regulations established by the organization.
• Maintain equipment and work site in order, reporting any anomalies.
• Prepare periodic reports of activities performed.
  
  

Education and Experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum study: High school diploma / Certified Electrician
• Years in similar positions: 3 years Experience in underground mining: 3 years
• Experience: in similar positions
