We are hiring over 60 full-time employees across multiple trades to join our dynamic projects in Malta.

We are actively recruiting for the following positions:

• Project Coordinators (3–5 roles) – Oversee project planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Site Supervisors (3–5 roles) – Lead teams on-site, ensuring safety, timelines, and quality.
• Senior Plumbers & Plumbers (10–15 roles) – Install, maintain, and repair water systems and fixtures.
• Senior Electricians & Electricians (10–15 roles) – Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Laggers (Insulation Installers) (3–8 roles) – Apply insulation for thermal, soundproofing, and fire safety.
• Duct Installers (3–8 roles) – Install ducting systems for HVAC projects.
• Duct Manufacturers (3–8 roles) – Fabricate duct components to project specifications.

What We’re Looking For

• Age 23–45 preferred
• Physically fit, skilled, and experienced in your trade
• Strong work ethic, technical competence, and commitment to quality
• Experience with our partner brands — Schindler Lifts, Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioners, and Hilti power tools — will be considered an advantage
