Electrician

Job Title: Electrician - Social Housing Location: West Sussex & Surrey - M25 Surrey Corridor Day Rate: £230-£250 (Contract) We are currently seeking a qualified NVQ Level 3 Electrician to work on behalf of a leading social housing provider managing over 40,000 properties across the UK. This is a contract position covering the areas of Reading and Oxford . Key Responsibilities: Carry out Inspection & Testing for condition reporting (EICRs) on domestic electrical installations Install smoke and heat detectors in accordance with British Standard BS 5839-1:2013 Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard, complying with relevant regulations and guidelines. Provide detailed reports of all works undertaken. Key Requirements: NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent Must have a valid ECS (Electricians' Certification Scheme) card Hold a full driving licence Benefits: Competitive daily rate Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and installations
