Freelance Building Inspector - Electro/TGA

-Refurbishment of a listed technical and administrative building-

-Duration: until July 2026

-Daily rate: 700-800 Euro

Requirements

Execution supervision & quality control
Supervision of the proper installation of electrical systems (cabling, distributions, switching and safety devices) according to plans, standards (e.g. VDE) and performance specifications.

Coordination of trades & subcontractors
Coordination with construction management, TGA craftsmen, subcontractors, and suppliers for the penetration of deadlines, interface clarification, and avoidance of subsequent work.

Inspections, acceptance tests & defect management
Conducting functional and visual inspections, documentation (protocols/checklists), initiation of subsequent improvements, and accompaniment of acceptance/handover to the operator.
