Electrical Vehicle Technician

This position is based in Ireland. Specializes in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs). Works on high-voltage battery systems, electric motors, charging systems, and associated electronic components. Key Duties: Diagnose, service, and repair electric and hybrid electric vehicles (EVs/HEVs). Work on high-voltage battery systems, electric motors, and charging infrastructure. Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and software for EVs. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and oil changes. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to resolve complex technical issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electric vehicle technology through ongoing training and professional development. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of electrical systems and electronics. Ability to work safely around high-voltage battery systems. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for EVs.
