Electrical Transient Simulation Engineer (f/m/x) Place of work: Toruń Your responsibilities Developing and implementing design rules for transformers and power electronic systems Modeling and validating transient phenomena in medium and high-frequency electrical systems Analyzing overvoltage events and the impact of transient conditions on electrical networks Using simulation tools (MATLAB, FEM) to analyze network resonance and system configurations Providing technical support during the requirement analysis phase Collaborating with the development team to ensure compliance with design rules and standards Participating in project meetings and reporting on progress Developing and maintaining documentation for design rules and simulation models Your qualifications Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field 2-3 years of experience in electrical transient simulation, preferably in the power electronics industry Strong knowledge of electromagnetic theory and its application to power electronic systems Proficiency in MATLAB and FEM simulation tools Familiarity with transformer and power electronic system design Experience with overvoltage event analysis and transient condition impact on electrical networks Excellent communication skills in English
