This role involves evaluating electrical designs, executing test procedures, analyzing performance data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical engineering, quality, and laboratory teams to ensure the successful development and testing of commercial chiller systems. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing test plans and procedures to validate electrical designs and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Conducting electrical testing and analysis to identify and troubleshoot issues. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans and procedures align with project goals and objectives. • Analyzing performance data and reporting results to stakeholders. • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed. The ideal candidate will possess: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • 3+ years of experience in electrical testing and validation. • Strong understanding of electrical designs, testing procedures, and industry standards. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Certification in electrical testing and validation (e.g. NETA, IEEE) is a plus.
