Electrical Project Engineer

Mission:
The person will be responsible for managing Low Voltage-Medium Voltage (LV-MV) projects, overseeing the entire process from initial preparation to final closure and technical support. Their duties will include activity planning, risk assessment, progress monitoring, and budget management.
What will you do?
- Cooperate with industry accounts during the order negotiation phase, participating in customer negotiations aimed not only at acquiring the order but also at adequately defining the technical content of supplies and the commercial clauses in contracts.
- Ensure the preparation of all project documentation, adhering to the contractual clauses stipulated in the customer's order.
- Directly carry out design activities or coordinate them with external technical studies; for Medium Voltage projects, the needs of supplier sites must be taken into account.
- Ensure an adequate level of service towards the customer regarding the handling of requests made during the course of work and complaints in the post-invoicing phase.
- Manage customer modifications and/or complaints in conjunction with the account manager, defining the necessary costs and timelines with external suppliers; for price modifications, submit them for account manager approval.
- Define intervention plans and costs with the Service department, managing these within warranty orders.
- Ensure delivery times by defining the progress of supplies through inspection visits at suppliers.
- Define the preliminary margin and ensure the final margin, as well as project profitability.
- Verify and report contractual collection conditions (Invoicing, advance payments) to the relevant departments, and define potential penalties in case of critical issues.
- Gather customer needs regarding product/service improvements, forwarding them to the relevant functions.

- Good technical skills in electrical distribution.
- Knowledge of main software (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of the English language.
