Job description

Responsibilities Lead and manage Motion Control, Electrical Hardware, and Electrical Design teams, providing both people and technical leadership. Define overall technical direction for motion control systems and electrical hardware architecture for semiconductor equipment. Guide motion control modelling, control algorithms, and system analysis for high-speed, high-precision applications. Oversee electrical schematic design, power electronics, motor drivers, and controlboards. Support new product development, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions. Ensure effective communication and coordination among teams, stakeholders, and customers. Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement within the organization.
